UK
we’re not posting anything now until the 28th December – as it’ll just be sat in a warehouse, it makes sense to ship straight after Christmas. It always seems the longer the package sits around the higher the chance it get’s lost.!

EU
We’ve been unable to ship anything – as Royal Mail has suspended all EU deliveries until Dover is open (as it uses mainly road transport). As of today this was slowly returning to action – so again, we’ll start sending 28th (unless it’s still suspended) – this should mean you still beat the Brexit deadline.

CANADA
Again – we’ve had to hold deliveries as Royal Mail isn’t currently shipping. We’ll keep checking.

USA and Rest Of World
We’ve shipped most items ordered yesterday – as these services are (at present) unaffected – however obviously expect delays due to volume of post during this period.
